Cancellation, payment and refund conditions for this package.

Payment

A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made inside 30 days require payment in full.

Cancellation

  • More than 45 days before departure — deposit forfeited
  • 45 to 30 days — 50% of the package cost
  • 29 to 15 days — 75% of the package cost
  • Under 15 days or no-show — no refund

Amendments

Date changes are subject to availability and any fare difference. One amendment is permitted free of charge more than 45 days before departure.

Passports and visas

A passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date is required. Visa approval rests entirely with the consulate; a refusal does not waive the cancellation terms above.

Liability

The operator is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond its control. Itineraries may be reordered where operationally necessary; inclusions will be preserved.
