Upon Ho Chi Minh City arrival, the warmest welcome at the airport, and then travelers will be transferred to enjoy the city tour with: War Remnants Museum; photo stop at Reunification Palace (outside); Opera House, a three-story classical theatre built to entertain the French colonists (outdoor visit); the Notre Dame Cathedral, a stunningly massive red-brick edifice with twin spires, a clear reminder that French once ruled this city (outdoor visit); the Central Post Office influenced by Renaissance architecture.

Travelers will be transferred to the hotel for check-in & relaxation.

7:00 – 7:30 Proceed to Cu Chi Tunnels located 70km from Ho Chi Minh City. It is miniature battle versatile of Cu Chi’s military and people during the 30-year war between Viet Nam and America.

It also is the special architecture living deeply underground with many stratums, nooks and crannies as complex as a cobweb, having spares for living, meeting and fighting with total lengths over 200 km.

Real legends coming from the Tunnel are over human imaginativeness. Creeping down into the tunnel, only some yards, you can find out why Vietnam? A tiny country could defeat its enemy, the large and richest country in the world.

Drive to My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province, is an inland port in the Mekong River Delta which is a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City.

Cruise on the Tien River to visit Thoi Son Islet by motorized boat, you will see the My Tho fishing village with floating fish farms, stilt houses, and fruit plantations along the riverbank.

Walking on the village road, you will visit tropical orchards, a bee-keeping farm, and taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruits and traditional local folk songs, explore the local coconut candy production process, taste candy & coconut pulp.

You will have a chance to try a rowing boat ride along the creeks, under the shadow of the water coconut trees also.

16:00 Drive back to Ho Chi Minh city.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation

  1. A minimum deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your holiday package.
  2. Full payment must be completed within the stipulated time frame prior to departure, as communicated during booking.


Payment & Confirmation Policy

  1. 100% advance payment is required for confirmation of the group.
  2. Services will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
  3. Invoice will be raised as per the prevailing IBR Live Rate (+1.50) applicable on the date of final payment.
  4. GST and TCS shall be applicable as per prevailing Government regulations.
  5. Any amendments after confirmation may attract additional charges.
  6. Final costing remains subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Airfare, Visa & Cruise Costs

General Cancellation Schedule

  2. 59–46 days prior to departure: 75% of tour cost
  3. 45–0 days prior to departure: 100% of tour cost
  4. No Show: 100% retention

Non-Refundable Components

  1. Visa fees, travel insurance, airfare, and service charges are non-refundable.

Airline, Hotel & Cruise Cancellations

  1. Airline, hotel, and cruise cancellation policies apply in addition to White Collar Travel Pvt. Ltd. service charges.

Partly Unused Services

  1. No refund will be made for partly unused services (accommodation, meals, transportation, cruise portion, sightseeing).

Company Liability

  1. The company will not be liable for refund, compensation, or claims due to shortening of tours, cancellations, route changes, or delays caused by airlines/trains for reasons such as weather, fog, or operational issues.


3. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  1. Refunds apply only to refundable components and are subject to third-party policies (airlines, hotels, cruise companies, etc.).

Processing Time

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days (for direct cancellations) or 14–30 business days (subject to service provider confirmation).

Mode of Refund

  1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Service Charges

  1. Applicable service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Modifications & Rescheduling

  1. Change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  2. Name changes depend on airline/hotel policies and may not always be permitted.


5. International Holiday Packages

Passport & Visa

  1. Travelers must have valid passports (minimum 6 months’ validity) and obtain necessary visas.
  2. Visa assistance is provided, but approval rests with the respective embassy/consulate.

Travel Insurance

  1. Strongly recommended for all international trips; some packages may include it.

Health & Safety

  1. Travelers must comply with health and vaccination requirements of the destination country.

6. Force Majeure & Liability

  1. In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will strive to provide suitable alternatives or refunds, subject to supplier policies.
